ABE AND NISHIMURA BECOME FIRST ASIAN CHAMPIONS
Current World Champions Yurina Abe and Akihiko Nishimura now also became Asian Champions in Open division singles and Women singles by winning their respective singles categories at the 1st Asian Crossminton Championships held in Esforta Arena Hachioji in Tokyo. Shockingly, Abe and Nishimura have lost the Mixed Doubles final match against Mako Komatsubara and Yuta Yoshida, while Hayato Shimoshita and Yusuke Yoshitani have won the Open Doubles final.
