YURINA ABE AND SHOMU TSUKAMOTO ARE NEW ASIAN CHAMPIONS
Double World Champion Yurina Abe has added another title to her tally – her second Asian Champion title in women’s category. In an all-Japanese affair, silver medal was won by Hanae Shiga and bronze by Rui Kinoshita. In Open division, Shomu Tsukamoto from Japan has won in 3 sets and survived a match ball by his Indian opponent Adesh Saini. Bronze medals were won by Aditya Singh (IND) and Naoya Matsuhashi (JPN). Abe and Tsukamoto also won the Mixed doubles category, while the Open Doubles category was won by Shirube Kasahara and Kenji Tanaka (JPN),
